Legal / Qualification / Certification- Minimum NQF 5 qualification in the hospitality industry- City and Guilds Diploma in Food Prep and Cooking / Patisserie beneficial- CATHSSETA scoping beneficial- Certified to conduct outcome-based assessmentKnowledge / Skill- Strong computer literacy- Curriculum and assessment knowledgeExperience- Minimum 5 years Culinary Arts experience as a chef- Minimum 2 years lecturing / teaching / assessor- A history of student through-put, pass rate- Vocational, POE and practical assessment experience
