Description Job Description Our busy manufacturing company is searching for an energetic and reliable Office Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities & Duties Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible Data processing and capturing Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, etc.
Assist in office management and organization procedures. Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.
and report when there are shortages Perform other office duties as assigned Qualifications and skills Must have Grade 12 Exceptional typing skills Be proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook Well Presented Good communication and strong organisation skills Ability to work under pressure Must have a valid drivers license Sales background is advantages Job Type : Contract Salary : R5,000.
