JOB DESCRIPTION : HPCSA registered professional with 3-5 years end to end Talent Acquisition experience at various levels required to start with this FSP based in either Stellenbosch, Johannesburg Central of Sandton.

Minimum requirements : Post Graduate degree in Psychology or Industrial / Organisational Development essentialHPCSA registration as Psychometrist / Psychologist requiredMinimum 3 -5 years end to end talent acquisition experience in a fast paced environment requiredProven experience in management competency frameworks, assessment and feedback (assessment / feedback / development conversations) beneficialPrevious experience in HR Consulting, including job descriptions advantageousHR system experience required Responsibilities : End to end talent acquisition at various levelsManage and prioritize multiple vacancies and any given timeUtilize HR system for application tracking and full hiring cycleCompetency based interviewingCandidate response handling and feedbackUse and interpretation of role-based assessments If you are a South African citizen and your CV meets the above requirements, please respond via email to Recognising that diversity is key to excellence, our client especially encourages members of designated groups to apply.
