Description A large high-rise residential property requires an assistant manager who will be responsible for the daily upkeep and operations of a building within the residential complex.
We require an individual with the following experience : Large hotel or property maintenance experience essential. Health and Safety working experience.
Multi-disciplinary understanding of maintenance requirements. Understanding and experience of preventative maintenance. Ability to email residents and draw up basic spreadsheets.
Basic working knowledge of Excel / Outlook and Microsoft word. The individual will be required to have the following soft skills :

Drivers license and their OWN reliable transport. To live with-in a 20 minute radius of Umhlanga Rocks (the person will be on call and may need to get to the property promptly).
