Government institution based in Johannesburg requires an Assistant Director : (ASD) Service level Management (12 months Contract) Assist in negotiating Service level agreements and ensuring that service levels are met.
Make sure all IT Service Management processes, operational level agreements and contracts are appropriate for agreed service level targets for all outsourced services.
Management of ICT policies. Qualifications : 3-year NATIONAL Diploma in IT / IS, Informatics / Computer Systems / Science or related Field Certificate in ITIL - advantage Experience of working with large scale global IT managed service providers 2 years’ experience with Customer service management, Leadership, Staffing, Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication, problem solving, decision making, critical teamwork, attention to detail and pressurized environment
