Were looking for Our client is looking for a professional, hands-on and resourceful Executive Personal Assistant . This individual must be able to provide a high-level of administrative support, exceptional communication, organization, and computer skills.

  • You have diplomacy and tact in dealing with colleagues, senior management, directors, clients, tenants · You have the ability to complete tasks timeously and effectively · You have complete discretion at all times · You have the ability to take the initiative within the guidelines of company policy · You have the ability to follow instructions precisely · You have outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) · Reliable, Trustworthy and Accountable · Excellent interpersonal skills · A love for working with people and thrive on admin and organization-based tasks · The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment · Computer literacy skills Whats the role?
  • You will be responsible for : · Communication Point for MD · Receiving, sending, redirecting emails, letters, telephone calls, visitors on the MDs behalf · MDs Diary Management · Minute-taking at Meetings · Filing and Administrative Duties · Personal, Family and Business Travel Bookings · Handling Personal Tasks for the MD · Including making personal appointments, placing personal orders etc.

    on the MDs behalf · Managing Work Rosters for Security & Grounds Staff · Office Coordination Duties · Overseeing Payments on Behalf of MD · Processing paperwork · Tracking project costs · Handling all ground staff matters · Managing all maintenance for properties owned by the company.

  • Fortnightly building site visits to monitor progress · Issuing instructions to maintenance and building staff on the MDs behalf · Liaising with Council departments to open new utilities accounts, handle transfers, etc.
  • Placing orders for all stock · Tenant Liaison on Behalf of MD · Marketing Coordination Duties Boxes to Tick Matric 10+ Years experience as a PA Excellent MS Office skills and a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm Tech-savvy
