Our client, a world class safari lodge (5 star), based in the Grahamstown area, is looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef.
The person would need to work in a kitchen of approximately 6 chefs in total who work on different shifts.
They have a Head Chef so this position is 2 IC and needs to run the kitchen if the Head Chef is off.
Accommodation included ( to live in staff village )
Transport to and from lodge to work included
Self catering but one meal per shift provided when on duty.
Must have good communication and management skills to control running of kitchen and orders etc when Head Chef is off.
