Administering and monitoring hr policies and procedures to enhance the hr service delivery.
Making sure all hr related problems are solved quickly and information provided on time.
Achieving deadlines in line with business requirements.
Updating hr operating systems timeously or when needed to ensure data integrity.
Consulting and advising business in preparation for internal hearings and external meetings.

Job Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS :
Educational Qualifications :
Must have a relevant and recognized tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
Must have at least 5 years’ generalist hr experience.
Sound knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
Proven track record in handling IR related matters.
Be computer literate especially in MS Office Suite & Payroll systems
Have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Have the ability to work independently, accurately, and well under pressure.
Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal, external customers and work partners.
Have strong engagement / relationship skills with stake holders (Verbal and written communication skills).
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional demeanor.

Be very organized, flexible and adaptable to prioritize and re-prioritize
