We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk / Enquiries Desk Consultant
Essential Skills :
Senior Certificate / Grade 12
Ability to assist in patiently talking customers through processes
Ability to accurately and quickly log all calls in the company computer system.
Able to handle a high volume of calls (will be given all training)
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills
High level interpersonal Skills
Excellent eye for detail
Strong, clear telephone etiquette
Daily Responsibilities include :
Responsible for taking at least 200 calls per day
Responsible for being able to support to the needs of each different type of client.
Responsible for creating a support ticket and then making sure to close that ticket out when the issue is resolved.
Responsible for tracking calls through a log system and then submitting a daily log to management.
Liaise daily with the Senior Customer Service representative and technical department
