Joint Personnel Administration Establishment Admin Monitor, update and amend position hierarchies, organisation hierarchies and un JPA Unit Personnel List as required
JPA HR Administration coordinate Assignment Orders for permanent staff, liaise with the respective Service Centres, update the Defence Academy Management Information Establishment Network DAMIEN database, support and maintain Medal Register and upload Assignment Order against respective person position
Branch Archives, reporting any IT, Office Machinery and Telecom faults
Typing, Word Processing, Filing, Photocopying, Scanning and transmission of faxes.
Production, amendment and maintenance of any assigned spreadsheets and databases.
Recording, distribution and despatch of mail.
Ad hoc responsibilities as specified by their Team Leader
Knowledge and Experience
Previous Administration andor Secretarial experience essential
Ability to demonstrate manipulation of data essential
PC literate, with a good level of experience in MS Office including Outlook essential, Word essential, Excel essential and Power point desirable
