Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.Maintains security at the front door and telecommunications system.Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.Maintains COVID-19 rules & regulations as per the COVID-19 SOP.

Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturers instructions for house phone and console operation.Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Order stationary as required. Always look for the best prices and services.

Inventory of stock and keep stationary cupboard clean and tidy at all times.Work closely with Executive Personal Assistants assist with daily tasks as and when required.

Work closely with tea ladies and messenger ensure turn-around times on all orders are met and orders are presented with outmost care.

Update boardroom calendars and schedule meetings.Ensure front of office is neat, pillows fluffed and magazines neated every morning.

Ensure boardrooms are clean, blinds opened, boards clean, markers tested etc. every morning.Assistance with functions from time-to-time.

Will be directed by Executive Personal Assistants.Clerical duties as required from time-to-time. Will be directed by Executive Personal Assistants.
