Our client, a reputable group in the Agriculture and FMCG space, requires an organised, detail orientated Back Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to administrate their SAFEX portfolio.
Requirements : Matric CertificateStrong computer literacy in MS Office, especially advanced in MS Excel2 years administrative experienceExperience or knowledge of derivative instruments (futures & options) will be highly advantageousDuties included but not limited to : Daily tasks such as confirming margin calls, reconciliations of futures trades, updating and sending positions for the day, compiling daily reports on commission & cash movement, uploading daily trades on the mainframe and updating daily pricesPrepare delivery and assignment notices to and from SAFEXMonthly tasks such as reconciliation of futures control account and margin account in the balance sheet and other month end related tasksSubmit tenders on SAFEXBalance Booking fees as well as filing, emailing and posting statementsPrepare current risk exposure reportMail merge Pricing confirmationsUpdate portfolio statementBehavioural Competencies : Detail orientated with a focus on accuracyAdaptabilityCommunicationsHighly OrganisedNB Applicants - Please Note :
