Job Description Administration and control of Gaming employee work rostering. (converting rosters for HR) Administration and co-ordination of all leave, absenteeism, late-coming, etc and updating the attendance registers accordingly.

Slack reports) Administration of the kaba system i.e. making sure all leave is captured on kaba, updating reports, completing exceptions forms, checking missed punches, etc Assist Gaming employees with payroll queries.

Ordering and control of consumables i.e. stationery. Control and maintenance of office equipment. Assist with the issuing of staff uniforms.

Process and submit all paperwork to HR timeously i.e. month end stats, resignations, refunds, disciplinary stats, change of details etc.

Processing and follow up of all invoices for payment. General office administration and related secretarial duties. (Minutes for meetings.

Set up Departmental meetings) Qualifications Grade 12. 2 Years secretarial experience required. Computer literate in Word and Excel is essential.

Good inter-personal skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Working experience on the SAP(KABA) system is essential
