The CEO is looking to appoint a Financial Executive who works well in a small dynamic team. The role would entail property due diligences, financial modelling, preparing financials for each entity, as well as consolidations, dealing with auditors, investor relations and client reporting.
but all of this will happen with the direct assistance and mentorship of the Executives. As a result, experience in property investment is not essential.
To be considered here, the CEO would like to see people who are comfortable working in a small team, that are dynamic thinkers and who are comfortable being engaged in a wide spectrum of roles and responsibilities.
