Description Sales & Marketing Administrator Job Recuirements : Matric + 3 years (post qualification or studying towards a qualification in Administration Management ) Minimum of 3 years clerical and customer experience.

Experience ideally obtained in the automotive industry. Computer literate (MS Office, Syspro or a related Datebasde Management) High level communication skills both written and verbal.

Good planning, organisational and Administrative Skills. High level of assertiveness, negotiation and numeracy skills. Accurate, with high attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively under pressure. Confidential. Flexible. Professional image. Potential to be developed. Job Purpose : To support the Key Account Executive with Administrative duties in Sales & Marketing.

To execute data capturing, reports generation, transport booking & shipping for Exports (Containers). Responsibilities : Issue Picking Lists.

Confirm stock readiness for shipment as per Customer due dates. Transport Shipment bookings with External Service Providers.

Data Capturing of Sales Forecast into Syspro Database. Generate and issue report. Interested candidates can send their CV
