Administrator (Debt Collection) We are currently looking for an Administrator in our Debt Collection department. Requirements : Grade 12 Minimum 1 3 years Admin experience Computer literate Basic Math skills Ability to use standard office equipment Prior experience working in a debt collection agency will be advantageous Knowledge of civil court procedure and experience in litigation, will be an advantage Own transport Fluent in Afrikaans and English Detail orientated Ability to work in a team environment Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task Work well under pressure Responsibilities : Opening files Compiling cover sheets Making copies Filing Maintaining databases Preparing postal items Liaising with our accounts department regarding statements Attending to emails Typing of letters
