Our client requires the service of a Senior Secretary who will be responsible for directly assisting the Marketing, Strategy & Innovation Manager by providing dedicated support and ensuring all secretarial and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key performance areas : Diary management Management of day-to-day activities and projects Stakeholder liaison Management of department related requests and proposals Top quality administrative support in a fast paced environment The successful candidate must have : Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification 5 -

8 years secretarial and administration experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role at a Directors level Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of relevant software (GSuite & SAP Advantageous) Prioritisation and problem-
