Main Purpose of the Job :
To provide service to production by testing and checking products and enviroment to ensure that specifications are met consistently
Minimum Requirements :
National Diploma / Degree in Food Technology or Food Science or Dairy Specific Diploma.
Good knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Basic Food Technology Practices
Specific product and process and knowledge
Aseptic sampling methods
QC skills and use of testing apparatus
Recording and maintaining records in written and electronic form
Problem solving and communication skill
Ability to collect samples and test and interpret results
