Job Description :

Support business objectives through maintaining operational readiness and IT Systems.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Service user faults diagnose issue and resolve promptly.
  • General maintenance on computer systems.
  • Check application and security logs, managing disk space, ensure application updates are done when necessary.
  • Installation and upgrades of user systems.
  • Ensure that data migration for new machines upgrades or transfers are done timeously.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Educational Requirements :

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • A+ & N+
  • Other relevant diplomas / certifications (Advantageous)
  • Experience and Skills Required :

  • 3 - 5 Years in an IT Support Environment
  • Experience in covering network, back end and front-end systems support.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Office 365
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
