A vacancy exists within the Sales and Marketing Department and is based in Johannesburg. This position will focus on the administrative support to the SVP Office Description KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS : Co-ordinate, plan and manage the activities of the office of the SVP in a professional, confidential and efficient manner.
Co-ordinate meetings, conferences and appointments of SVP for the smooth running of the day. Ensure all activities and co-ordination are set up timeously and accurately.
Schedule cross functional and exec meetings as required. Take minutes of meetings Co-ordinate, plan and manage the diaries, travel arrangements and expense claim reports in a proactive and efficient manner.
Manage and coordinate the preparation of reports and presentations. Coordinate EXCO reports and Agenda Deal with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instruction.
Manage bookings for the Boardroom. Manage and create purchase requisitions & service entries on SAP for all related expenses and Travel.
Manage and co-ordinate all related admin required for the management of the division Education QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : NQF Level 5 (240 credits - level 8 framework).
Minimum 5 years in Administrative / Secretarial environment. Working knowledge of MS Office package is essential. (Intermediate to advanced level) Must have working knowledge of SAP.
