Key Responsibilities & Duties :

Clearing of claim status reports

  • Weekly follow-up on status 79, 80 and 52 (Problem POD’s). Clearing of claim POD’s
  • Statements and recons

  • Processing of all valid claims on Embrace.
  • Meets the payment deadline
  • All claims are processed within 30 days from statement
  • Rejected claims are emailed to the client on time in order for the credits to be processed before the new statement is issued
  • Claim cancellation & rejecting of POD ’ s

  • Cancellation of the claims for the business and reject POD’s for claims to be logged
  • Notification of GIT incidents

  • GIT notifications are forwarded to the client within 24 hours of the incident after all necessary details are supplied from branch or loss control
  • Sharepoint reports

  • Weekly report sent to branches to update Sharepoint and ensure Sharepoint is updated
  • Problem POD authorization

  • Supplies authorization on email to branches that request it. Vetting and releasing of problem POD’s timeously
  • Embrace orders

  • Verifying orders captured on embrace weekly. Sending verification report to Joey Bi-Weekly
  • Claims notifications

  • BDF BI-weekly claims notification schedule sent to customer with valid claim numbers
  • Samsung Daily status 33 report notifying claim numbers
  • Management reports & meetings

  • Monthly & weekly reports for management
  • Bi-monthly claims meetings with management teams
