Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Sales Representative to join their experienced team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Core Responsibilities will be finding, building, and maintaining relationships with the right customer.
Strong in acquiring cold relationships as well as maintaining a warm relationship with customers.
Ensure that you are and remain optimally informed of all developments in the market, whereby you record all relevant customer and competition information in our system.
Responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.
Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure our solutions'' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Interact with clients when requested, ensuring they are satisfied, and all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Create sales reports for all your assigned accounts to be presented to the sales manager and / or CEO, incorporating all aspects of the sales representatives performance and sales numbers.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day- to-day basis.
Complete administrative duties, filling out forms, creating reports, and entering information into spreadsheets.
Liaise between the customer and internal teams. *Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results;
identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions. *Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, e.
g. reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. *Performing other tasks assigned.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Have a valid driver''s license; you are in possession of a car (must!) and available forty hours a week. *Intrinsically motivated, have higher vocational education, and are extremely driven;
