  • Interaction with clients; Negotiations with suppliers, contractors, engineers, etc; Oversee day to day operations; Maintaining quality control procedures;
  • Determine scope of work, objectives, schedules, budget considerations, and personnel assignments; Oversee total project supervision to ensure budgets, and schedules are met;
  • Serve as technical advisor to all project supervision, construction and start-up problems; Planning and defining scope of the project;
  • Negotiate terms with town planners, land surveyors and other professionals, such as and architects etc; Resource planning;
  • Developing schedules; Time and cost estimating; Developing and managing a budget for each project; Administration : filing of documents on the server and hard copy files;
  • Creating charts and schedules for each project; Attending to site visits, meetings with clients and external parties Compiling and presenting feedback reports (internal and external);
  • Report risks and issues to Operations Manager and General Manager; Monitoring and reporting progress of projects; Research and analyse data;
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation; Attend and present at planning boards, appeals and public inquiries; Travelling to meetings / projects.

  • Responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within a company and working closely with the COO; Ensure company growth, maintain key operational procedures, operational controls, create new processes and ensure day to day operational excellence;
  • Provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization; Partner with the COO to achieve favourable financial results with respect to profitability, cash flow, systems and reporting;
  • Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability; Education / Experience : BTech / National Diploma Construction Management;
  • BSc Civil Engineering / BSc Building ; Project Management Degree / Diploma; Technical Background (10 Years). Experience / Skills : Financial background Budgets (Income VS Expenses) and basic accounting;
  • Civil and Building Experience; Proven experience as a Operations Manager or similar executive role; Knowledge of business process and functions (Finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.

    Strong analytical ability; Excellent communication skills; Proven track records of successful projects; Systems : CCS Candy Buildsmart All MS Office Programs Microsoft Projects
