Keep up to date with relevant legislation; Attend and present at planning boards, appeals and public inquiries; Travelling to meetings / projects.

BSc Civil Engineering / BSc Building ; Project Management Degree / Diploma; Technical Background (10 Years). Experience / Skills : Financial background Budgets (Income VS Expenses) and basic accounting;
Civil and Building Experience; Proven experience as a Operations Manager or similar executive role; Knowledge of business process and functions (Finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.
