A well-established organization in Centurion is seeking a Personal Assistant / Receptionist to join their team. Salary is to be discussed in interview.

Qualifications and Experience : Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Receptionist Previous working experience in Invoicing & Quotations Previous experience in Health & Safety will be an advantage A qualification in Health & Safety will be an advantage Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook Reside within or around Centurion Be computer literate in MS Office & Sage One Key Performance Areas : Manage Managing Directors dairy Manage Social Media Platforms (Knowledgeable Facebook business) Manage Website Content (WordPress Platform) Entry Level booking- Quotation and Invoicing-Petty Cash Management (Sageone) Print Health and safety files Print Training Material Coordinate training Coordinate Safety officers schedules Tele Marketing Coordinate Facilitators / Moderators / Assessors and setup training facility Manage Training Material Mail Merge Word
