Purpose of the Position* · The applicant must be able to conduct training to all levels of staff *Key Performance Areas* · To co-ordinate all training within First Group Investment Holdings · To ensure that training is tailored to meet the requirements for new and existing staff · To design, develop and initiate all training modules related to sales of FG products / sales skills · To develop where necessary training resources, learning materials, assessments and other related tools to meet the above objectives.
Deliver training programs to all sales outlets across the country *Competencies Required* * *· Accurate, organized and able to multitask.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) · Well presented · Ability to work under pressure · Show initiative · Dependable · Project management skills * Minimum Requirements* · Relevant certificate diploma · At least 2-3 years experience as a trainer or min 5 years sales experience · MS office and Electronic Mail · Experience in hospitality would be an advantage · Drivers license essential and must be willing to travel · Own vehicle
